Administrative & IT Support
MHM provides a variety of administrative duties for executive management. Areas of support may include:
directly supporting an office environment with senior leadership personnel serving in the grades of SES/DISL or at the Flag Officer level;
proactively assisting leadership personnel and staff with day-to-day business rhythms and administrative support requirements, coordinating and scheduling of official meetings, briefings, and conferences;
synchronizing calendars and key leader visits and capability presentations;
word processing and program and budget analysis;
schedule, coordinate, set-up, and operate Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment;
creating and updating Read-Ahead Books, and 5X8s;
creating, updating and distributing rosters, phone charts and organization diagrams;
supporting automated record-keeping systems including personnel record-keeping; and
coordinating, synchronizing, and tracking tasks generated by the Executive Officers.
MHM provides IT support in administering client knowledge portals, to include Microsoft® Sharepoint® Portal support.
Post, update, and review content;
Configure site(s) to specifications of client; and
Provide custom training on site.
