|Title: SETA Executive Administrative Assistant supporting INSCOM G7
Location: Springfield, VA
" Provide Administration, Personnel Security, and Meeting/Visitor Logistics Support. Provide the G7 with administrative and technical support services.
" Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls; handling incoming and outgoing communication; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing minutes from meetings; preparing reports and financial data; filing and clerical work; maintaining complex filing systems and databases; reviewing documents; monitoring status of training and security clearances of other support staff; tracking staff actions; and customer relations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: " Must have minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. " Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree plus 2 additional years of relevant experience, or vocational certificate plus 4 additional years of relevant experience. " Current TS/SCI security clearance. " Excellent Listening and Communication Skills, People/Interpersonal Skills, Organizational Skills, and Office Computer Skills.
Desired: " Past Experience with DoD or US Army Intelligence organizations. " Familiarity with Defense Travel System (DTS) and Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS).
