Acquisition Support:
Our professionals possess years of acquisition management and contracting experience in both major weapons systems and intelligence systems. The MHM team has worked programs subject to DoD Directive 5000.01 and Intelligence Community Acquisition guidance, their supporting directives on information assurance, and Federal, Defense Department and military department acquisition regulations.

Requirements analysis: Our understanding of mission needs leads to preparation of a program work breakdown structure and drafting of a performance work statement (PWS), statement of objectives (SOO) or statement of work (SOW) that best fits the customer's requirements. We prepare performance standards along with the PWS/SOO/SOW to measure contractor performance as part of our quality monitoring responsibility.

Independent Government Cost Estimates: The diverse experience of our team members provides background for estimating labor and material resources expected for performance, and price those resources using industry standards for estimating.

Source Selection Planning and Execution: Our team is practiced in preparation and executing program plans for development, production and operational support of weapons and intelligence systems. This provides working knowledge of what has succeeded in contract performance and is invaluable for preparation of acquisition plans, drafting competitive evaluation criteria, source selection plans and supporting proposal evaluation.
