Administrative Support:
MHM provides a variety of administrative duties for executive management. Areas of support may include:

Directly supporting an office environment with senior leadership personnel serving in the grades of SES/DISL or at the Flag Officer level

Proactively assisting leadership personnel and staff with day-to-day business rhythms and administrative support requirements, coordinating and scheduling of official meetings, briefings, and conferences

Synchronizing calendars, and key leader visits, with capability presentations

Word processing, program, and budget analysis

Schedule, coordinate, set-up, and operate Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment
-
Creating and updating Read-Ahead Books, and 5X8s
-
Creating, updating, and distributing rosters, phone charts and organization diagrams
-
Supporting automated record-keeping systems including personnel record-keeping

Coordinating, synchronizing, and tracking tasks generated by the Executive Officers
IT Support:
MHM provides IT support in administering client knowledge portals, to include Microsoft® Sharepoint® Portal support:

Post, update, and review content
-
Configure site(s) to specifications of client

Provide custom training on site
